Existing investor CU Healthcare Innovation Fund II, LP is also making an additional investment. Verily’s current investors include Alphabet, Series X Capital, UCHealth, and others.

Dallas, TX – May 15, 2026 – Verily Health today announced it will provide its comprehensive wastewater monitoring solution, <a href="/solutions/sightline" target="_self" aria-label="Sightline">Sightline</a>, and its trusted research environment, <a href="/solutions/pre-platform/workbench" target="_self" aria-label="Verily Workbench">Verily Workbench</a>, as part of a coalition effort to protect public health during the 2026 world soccer games.

Dallas, TX – April 14, 2026 – Verily Health, a precision health AI company, announced at the 2026 AWS Life Sciences Symposium that <a href="/solutions/pre-platform/workbench" target="_self" aria-label="Verily Workbench">Verily Workbench</a>, Verily’s scalable trusted research environment (TRE) for biomedical data analysis and AI/ML development, is now generally available for organizations using Amazon Web Services (AWS). Workbench is an enterprise-grade TRE that enables researchers to co-analyze data where it lives, accelerating discovery through integrated AI tools with built-in healthcare compliance. "With Verily Workbench now available for customers using AWS, research organizations can access a highly scalable, governed research environment to accelerate their critical work on the AWS Cloud," said Dr. Rowland Illing, Chief Medical Officer and Director, Healthcare and Life Sciences at AWS. "Through this offering, Verily enables researchers to analyze massive, complex biomedical datasets and build AI models with greater speed, compliance, and cost efficiency through their existing AWS enterprise agreements. This collaboration underscores our commitment to equipping customers with the best tools for advancing research."

Dallas, TX – March 19, 2026 – Verily today announced a $300 million investment round led by Series X Capital, with participation from Alphabet, UCHealth, the University of Colorado Anschutz and other investors, to advance the next phase of its precision health AI strategy. With this funding round, Alphabet will be a significant minority investor in Verily, while no longer having a controlling stake.

Dallas, TX – March 9, 2026 – Verily Life Sciences and Samsung Electronics America today announced a collaboration that will bring together Samsung’s Galaxy Watch 8 with Verily’s precision health platform, <a href="/solutions/pre-platform" target="_self" aria-label="Pre">Pre</a>, to provide an integrated solution for generating evidence and monitoring real-world populations. This joint offering aims to accelerate research for life sciences and government customers by combining advanced health analytics with consumer-grade wearable data.
