In addition to regular implementation meetings, CXP has the following resources available to support integration efforts.

Online API Documentation

All current API documentation and endpoints available in both Sandbox and Production environments are documented and available online. The online documentation contains code samples plus request and response examples.

ConnexPay (CXP) Portal

The Bridge UI is an online tool to initiate a sale or request a virtual card to be used for purchasing goods or services from a supplier outside of API integration. It also allows customers to view details associated with all sales and purchases. Additionally, it provides all reconciliation reporting for transaction activity and monthly billing statements. For customers solely relying on an API integration to submit sales and request virtual cards, the Portal can be used to validate the integration and view activity.

Kount 360

The Kount 360 Portal is an online tool to view transactions submitted for fraud scoring and risk mitigation. It allows a customer to view transaction details, configure rules, and view reports related to fraud mitigation. The Kount 360 Portal can be used to validate the integration through event analysis.
