One way to plan ahead is by helping your students build organizational skills during the first week of school that will last them throughout the year. This list of printable worksheets includes homework planners, study plans, and reading trackers to help students get organized!
Homework planners
Help students conquer their day by using homework planners! By setting goals, writing down daily tasks, and checking them off their lists, learners will learn to prioritize and manage time for the new school year. They can choose to focus on the everyday tasks for each subject with our Daily Planner or look at big-picture goals with our Weekly Planner. Both resources are printable and visually appealing!
Study plans
We’re excited to announce one of our newest middle-school resources: study plans! These worksheets help middle-schoolers prepare for upcoming deadlines and inspire them to get in the habit of long-term planning.
First, the Environment and Tools Study Plan will help students visualize the ideal study environment they want to set, as well as the best tools to use while studying. Next, the Template and Calendar Study Plan will prepare them for upcoming tests with a calendar of key dates, a pre-test checklist, and a list of key materials and outstanding questions.
Reading trackers
Reading trackers cultivate a love of reading and help students feel accomplished when looking back on their progress! If you’re looking for a simple, classic reading log, print out the My Reading Tracker or My Reading Log worksheets. We also have more creative formats available which are great for visual learners: both the Visual Reading Log and Visual Book Tracker Bookmark have kids write down the titles of the books they read and shade them in as they go. The goal is to fill out the book shelf by the end of the year!
