I want to report a bug. I was using the Pro version on my iPhone 13, and now I have switched to the 16 Pro Max. I've been trying to install CapCut on it for 2 days without success. I haven’t experienced any issues with other apps. Please resolve this problem.I love this app, and thank you for creating it!

I’ve been using CapCut since around 2020, and I’ve never been so dissapointed with this app as I was yesterday. I was making an edit and when I went to export it, it said that I was using a ‘pro feature’, which was Smooth Slow Motion. While making the edit it never ONCE showed that Smooth Slow Motion was a paid feature. Not only that, but I am also very dissapointed that there’s no 7-day free trials, at least there isn’t any for me. Making almost every good/popular feature a ‘pro feature’ is absolutely not necesarry. Overall, I would rather pay for CapCut once on App Store (without membership/premium options afterwards) than have to pay 200€ a year just to edit on a mostly laggy app (if you want to make a complex edit). With all that being said, I am very dissapointed. Please fix your app.

Everything became so expensive, I remember I downloaded the app when it was fully free and stayed like that for a while, but now they are making features pro every day, which is extremely annoying because now the people who don’t want to or can’t waste their money on Pro can’t use effects that are now only for Pro. Every day more and more features are becoming Pro only. Like I get it you gotta earn money and nobody is stopping you but now this is too much 😐

I’m an editor (almost 5 years) and I always use this app because it was free, but almost everything is turning pro. Like now that I’m seeing the next pro effects and filters I’ll quit using this app. It’s just diabolical how many effects and filters are pro like soon I won’t be able to use a lot of effects I use. Honestly CapCut should just stop this it’s just making them lose more downloads.
