AI is, and will be, a monumental catalyst for greater intellectual involvement by academics, professionals, politicians, students and the broad mass of people. I feel really privileged to be alive when AI has been introduced to any member of the public with a serious question they want answered, or a set of alternative explanations, and who seeks the broad opinion of members of the public. Students and researchers will love the saving of time and effort in researching a problem or writing an essay. I suspect that any regular user of AI will want to become a student at a university again, because they will become stimulated and can see the enormous benefit of using AI for their work in bachelor degrees, and to achieving a doctorate in whatever discipline they undertake. AI is a dream come true. I believe lots of children dreamed of one day owning their own talking robot. It’s here, right now, and gradually evolving to a more intelligent version of itself in perpetuity.

Claude AI is an excellent app/software with innovative features, and I appreciate its overall functionality. As a paying customer, I’ve found it useful for a variety of projects. I even like the scheduled breaks of 3-5 hours, as they provide a chance to pause and recharge, which is beneficial. However, I am extremely disappointed with the chat limit imposed on the platform. Once you hit the chat limit, it doesn’t reset, which means ongoing projects are completely stalled, and there’s no way to continue without starting over. This is especially frustrating for paid users like myself, as it feels unfair to pay for a service and then be unable to use it when needed. Other AI platforms, such as Gemini and ChatGPT, provide unlimited chats even on their free versions, and their paid versions allow seamless continuation of conversations for as long as necessary. This flexibility is critical for managing long-term projects, and Claude AI falls short in this regard. As a loyal customer, I urge the developers to reconsider this limitation and allow unlimited chats for paying users. It would significantly improve the user experience and ensure that the platform delivers value in line with the subscription cost. This issue needs to be addressed to maintain competitiveness with other AI platforms.

Forget Claude if you want to work with it if you are not ready to pay heaps for monthly subscription. I have the $34 one. It is frustrating when you let Claude build a document and in the middle of building after about 10minutes it tells you „Something went wrong. Try again later“ and on the bottom it tells you „You have reached your session limit. It will renew at …“ which is about 4 hours later. What the heck? Then at some point you reach the chat limit which is A LOT earlier than other AI chatbots with less subtscription price, so you need to start a new chat. „Do you want me to write a session journal for the next chat to have the context…?“ yes pls. „Just simply cooy this journal into your next next and paste the following text…done, new chat, let‘s continue work…build the new document we the same format of the previous one. „Paste both documents into this chat so I don‘t make a mistake“ ok done….5 minutes analysing…claude tells me that there is outdated terminology (although it was build by itself only one session before!) and so on…then after another 10 minutes of work „you have reached the maximum number of document pages for this session, delte pages or picture bla bla bla“ ARE YOU SERIOUS?

Claude is my new best friend. I can always rely on him, he plays a significant role in our comms team, unanimously awarded employee of the month consecutively since starting. Spend the time to train him, equip him with your brand and business objectives plus upload all files and a history of docs in projects. Sometimes forgetful I.e. Reverting back to US spelling, and at times need to remind him to research sources and follow best practise in x TOV etc. Usually utilise him for a quality check, to research and pull together a plan, content creating, web-info-flow and more! Rather thanmanually searching for what our CEO said at the last AGM, I ask Claude to give me an overview of what our focus was in the last 5 years and I go from there, he's awesome and helps me do a thorough job.
